What You'll Be Doing Managing sales enquiries and appointments across our Leppington and Menangle Park display homes Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional first impression Guiding customers through our home designs, inclusions, upgrades and custom options Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to tender and contract signing Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What We're Looking For Previous experience in new home or project home sales (essential) Confident operating independently in a display environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised, proactive and customer-focused A polished, professional approach and a genuine interest in helping clients design their ideal home What We Can Offer $60K-$65K base salary Comms - some of this is paid on tender signing and remaining at deposit Consistent enquiry levels with an established reputation and strong online presence Modern display homes with quality inclusions and finishes Supportive leadership team with streamlined admin support handled by head office Please apply and we will be in touch if you are shortlisted.
