Job Title: Site Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our construction site resources. This role will play a key part in shaping how we plan, sequence and execute substation construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of construction site resources to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
* Performance Management: Drive performance, engagement, wellbeing and a strong safety culture across the team.
* Operational Planning: Plan and coordinate day-to-day construction delivery for substation projects, maintaining a locked 3-month resource schedule.
* Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractor performance, commercial alignment and KPIs to ensure successful project delivery.
* Communication: Build productive relationships with internal project teams and external partners to deliver collaborative results.
