Job Description:

Recruitment Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to support the recruitment function. Reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, coordinate communication, and assist with the delivery of an efficient end-to-end hiring process.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Prepare and post job ads across multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates.
* Maintain SEEK candidate platform & recruitment inbox to ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate information and correspondence.
* Manage all communications and correspondence in the recruitment inbox.
* Coordinate interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms, sending confirmations, and preparing interview guides for hiring managers.
* Conduct reference checks and support other pre-employment compliance processes.
* Prepare contracts, roster reports and onboarding information to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
* Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to provide timely updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.


Requirements:

* Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.
* Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening and onboarding.
* Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
* Skilled in stakeholder communication and providing a positive candidate experience.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, confidential environments.
