About the Role

We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your strong leadership and people management skills will enable you to support and empower your sales team, helping them thrive within a well-established and supportive network. Responsibilities
* Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential.
* Direct management of Branch staff such as hiring, rostering, training and performance evaluations.
* Branch financial performance and budget.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to provide personalised recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businesses.
* Cultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence.
* Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products.
* Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture.
* Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities and operations skills.
* Implements and monitors procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations, in accordance with company policy.
About You
* Have Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
* Significant leadership experience and capability.
* Have a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services.
* Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment.
* Are resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community.
* Understand that people are our most important asset.
* Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.
* Valid driver’s licence with no restrictions.
