Key Roles and Responsibilities
This is a critical position within our National Office, requiring an individual to assist in processing payroll for employees nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time opportunity working closely with our HR team to provide excellent support services.
* Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll information to relevant authorities.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee details, including leave balances and superannuation entitlements.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment and payroll taxation.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Australian Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian payroll laws and regulations.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing payroll and maintaining records.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and other stakeholders.
