The Opportunity
You will be the key point of contact for government and non-government funded programs.
* Monitor trainee progression in our proprietary system.
* Administrate the entire traineeship lifecycle.
* Attend client meetings via Teams or in person.
* Visit various client sites across the Bowen Basin (1-2 days/month).
* Provide regular reporting on traineeship progress.
The Ideal Candidate
A highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented administrator is required.
Required Skills
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.
* Outstanding time management skills and prioritisation abilities.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
