The Role Join an organisation undergoing a major finance transformation to modernise their systems, processes, and governance frameworks. This business is committed to innovation and continuous improvement, and they are investing significantly in enhancing their finance capabilities to better support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CFO on an 18-month fixed-term contract, you will play a key role in the finance transformation program. Your responsibilities will include leading the technical accounting and reporting governance workstreams for the ERP implementation, supporting the deployment of selected ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning, and driving process redesign to uplift financial reporting, management accounting, and control frameworks. You will also support user acceptance testing, data migration, and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the new systems Your Profile You are a CA or CPA qualified finance professional with a background in technical accounting, ideally gained from a Big 4 audit or advisory environment. You bring experience in ERP implementations, strong process improvement capability, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels. With a proactive mindset and attention to detail, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven to deliver high-quality outcomes that support strategic transformation goals.
