Closes: 09 June 2025Classification: Infrastructure Officer 5Salary: $174,203 plus superannuationPosition No: 66501Directorate: Suburban Land AgencyAdvertised (Gazettal date): 26 May 2025Contact Officer: Simon Tennent on Simon.Tennent@act.gov.au or (02) 6205 4961Details: The Suburban Land Agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive outcomes across a portfolio of urban development and renewal projects within the Land Supply Group to meet the ACT Government’s Indicative Land Release Program (ILRP).Working under the direction of the Program Director, the successful applicant will contribute to a dynamic and complex program of works related to the investigation and identification of potential urban development areas, due diligence activities, site specific planning, and strategic and advisory services for land suitable for consideration in the Indicative Land Supply Program (ILSP) and ILRP that can be identified and agreed by the ACT Government’s Land Supply Committee and SLA Board.The successful candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, and possess high level communication skills to negotiate and influence positive outcomes.
