The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and energetic people person who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving salesgrowth. Working closely with our National Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in promoting our premium product range and expanding product distribution opportunities.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Along with managing a portfolio of accounts via phone and email, you will oversee customer portals, create engaging promotional flyers, support the Customer Service team when required, and help customers build confidence in our products.

Based at our Edinburgh North site, this full time role operates Monday to Friday, with flexibility to commence between 7.00am – 8.00am daily.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

* Experience in a sales representative role. FMCG highly desirable
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* High level of motivation and an ability to work autonomously.
* Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
* High level of computer literacy and comprehension skills.

Main responsibilities include

* Build & promote the Barossa Fine Foods brands across designated areas achieving agreed sales growth and targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner.
* Represent our Company Brands in a positive and proactive manner.
* Effectively communicate and build relationships with key decision makers.
* Develop approaches which are innovative and creative to meet the needs of current and potential customers.
* Maintain customer portals, create promotional flyers, load confirmations and perform additional administrative tasks as required.
* Support Customer Service team during leave, including inbound and outbound call cycle.
