They are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team and support daily operational success.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately
Respond to supplier and account queries, ensuring timely resolution
Monitor and manage backorders, providing updates to customers and internal teams
Assist the Sales team with administration, reporting, and coordination
Maintain customer records, pricing updates, and product information in internal systems
Provide general office support where required
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role (manufacturing industry highly regarded)
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Confidence using business systems and MS Office suite
High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with internal teams
