**Site Operations Specialist**
The role of the Site Operations Specialist is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of major construction projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate and timely administrative support to project teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collate timesheets and labour control for reporting purposes
2. Manage downloads/uploads and distribution via Aconex or Project Centre
3. Control drawing registers and RFI registers
4. Maintain project correspondence and document registers
5. Filing and document control (e.g., ITPs, SWMS, purchase orders, subcontractor data)
6. E nsure quality control of office systems and documentation
7. Provide administrative support to project teams including foremen, supervisors, and project managers
8. Maintain project logs, purchase order records, and invoice registers
9. Keep employee registers for site staff
10. Data entry for production and labour controls
