Responsibilities
* Coordinate patient care and ward management in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
* Provide clinical and operational leadership to nursing staff within the PICU.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality paediatric patient outcomes.
Qualifications
