Job Description
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking reliable and hands‐on team members to join our Maintenance department in Landscaping and General Maintenance roles on a casual basis. These roles are essential in ensuring our resort remains safe, functional and beautifully presented for our guests.
About the Roles Landscaper (Casual)
* Maintain gardens, lawns, pool surrounds and common areas
* Perform mowing, edging, pruning and general grounds work
* Assist with irrigation checks and outdoor maintenance
* Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Handyperson & Maintenance (Casual)
* General repairs across guest rooms and public areas
* Support preventative maintenance programs
* Coordinate contractors and maintain service records
* Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–3:00pm
Hourly Rates:
Mon–Fri $33.38 | Sat $40.05 | Sun $46.73
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience
* Reliable, safety‐focused and hands‐on approach
* Strong time management and ability to work independently
* Physically fit and flexible to support operational needs
