Here’s where you come in

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Project Manager to cover a parental leave period. Reporting to the Commercial Revenue Manager, this role will primarily focus on driving profitable revenue growth. This will be facilitated by introducing new products, managing contract services product development opportunities and supporting the execution of internal strategic projects

Your responsibilities, at a glance:

1. Plan, scope, and manage projects in collaboration with core teams, monitoring deliverables and timelines.
2. Ensuring project activities comply with relevant regulatory, quality and GMP requirements.
3. Manage complex customer stakeholder relationships across various time zones and cultural diversities. Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, transparent communication, and timely issue resolution.
4. Lead and manage the NPI process, ensuring smooth introduction of new products/in-licence/tech transfers/scale-up into the factory.
5. Provide direction to cross-functional teams, defining strategies, setting milestones, facilitating decisions, and advising senior management on project solutions.
6. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues, and escalate to senior management when needed.
7. Schedule and lead effective project meetings, delegate tasks, and drive accountability across teams.
8. Collaborate with department heads on resource management, addressing resource issues and escalating personnel matters as necessary.
9. Develop and maintain project budgets and revenue forecasts; provide updates for monthly financial reporting and budget setting.
10. Preparation of project documentation such as project briefs, project management plans, risk assessments, decision logs & communication plans.
