**What we are looking for**:
- Ensure all work requests are scheduled, investigated, planned, executed and completed within the SAP CMMS Software module.
- Well-developed analytical skills that enable identification and resolution of issues including opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate clearly with the Facilities and Maintenance team and suppliers regarding details about and status of equipment during servicing.
- Proven abilities in delivering responsive, quality support services that meet client and business requirements.
- Proactively analyses and makes recommendations for incremental improvements in the way work is carried out.
