* Main Responsibilities
* Attend patient assessments and provide patient education.
* Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients, family and friends.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to give patients an exceptional treatment experience.
Requirements
* Current and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to demonstrate empathy for patients and their carers.
* Demonstrated clinical and problem-solving skills with the ability to plan and coordinate the clinical management of care.
* Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice principles.
* Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and experience in the field of Oncology is highly desirable.
