* Truck and/or Automotive Parts experience required
SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and proudly family-owned company, specialising in Aftermarket European Truck Parts. Based in Campbellfield, they are now seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join their business.
Known for their quality products, friendly customer service and long-term customers, this is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service mindset and experience in truck and/or automotive parts.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to person for all things parts, making sure customers get exactly what they need.
* Answering phone, email and counter enquiries
* Customer service and sales
* Ordering and dispatching parts
* Invoicing and charging customers
* Picking and packing orders
* Selling and upselling as opportunities arise
* Providing expert product advice
What we're looking for
Someone who knows the truck or automotive parts industry inside and out, a true all-rounder who's been around the tools and the trade.
* Multiple years of solid experience in truck or auto parts interpreting
* Great product knowledge and accuracy with orders
* A friendly and patient customer-focused mentality
* Strong communication skills and confidence in communicating with customers and suppliers
* A helpful, team-focused attitude
