* Highlevel communication and interpersonal negotiation and conflictresolution skills.
* Demonstratedunderstanding of the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014, Medicinesand Poisons Regulations 2016, and Health PractitionerRegulation National Law Act 2010.
* Experience in theapplication of clinical governance principles includingcontinuous quality improvement principles, managing change,clinical risk management and accreditationprocesses.
* Demonstrated computerliteracy and ability to utilise informationsystems.
PositionProfile:
Through effective nursingclinical leadership is responsible for standards of nursingpractice and monitoring client/patient care in the area ofresponsibility. Promotes and maintains collaborative relationshipswith clients, carers, peers, visitors, medical staff and othermembers of the health care team.
