About the role
* Draft and settle pleadings, affidavits and submissions for complex, multi-party proceedings.
* Prepare evidence and manage interlocutory applications.
* Brief and liaise with counsel and experts; and appear with counsel where appropriate.
* Run targeted discovery and evidence reviews (issue-led, not just document review).
The ideal candidate
* Lawyer with 2–5 PQE with strong commercial disputes or class actions experience.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborative, team-first approach with a proactive mindset.
* Strong time management and ability to juggle competing priorities.
* Sharp analytical skills and sound judgment in problem-solving.
