Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day vehicle tasks, including purchasing, selling, insurance, claims, valuations, registration, and CTP administration.
Key Tasks Include:
* Managing vehicle purchases, sales, insurance, registration, and CTP renewals
* Reviewing inspection reports using basic mechanical knowledge
* Processing claims, compliance checks, and financial transactions for customer vehicles
* Liaising with external service providers, dealerships, and assessors
* Maintaining accurate records in line with internal processes and legislative requirements
* Managing a high-volume caseload with competing priorities
* Explaining complex vehicle matters to customers in a clear, supportive, and professional manner
* Identifying process improvements and contributing to better service outcomes
