About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll lead a small, close-knit team and take ownership of all store operations, customer experience, and performance results. You'll be supported through a comprehensive 4-6 week onboarding program designed to set you up for success - no optical experience required This is a
fixed-term maternity leave contract until 10 October ****
, with potential for extension or permanency within the network.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
Motivate and develop your team
Manage sales performance and achieve store targets
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficient store processes
Confidently run the store solo, with support for breaks and coverage
Requirements
Previous experience as a Store or Assistant Manager in a service or retail environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Passion for helping customers find the right product and experience
Drive to achieve results and grow within a supportive brand
