Job Overview:
This is a remote position and an Independent Contractor role 20 hours/week opportunity. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fractional Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and implementing our marketing strategies and managing a team of Marketing Specialists. You will be driving our expansion into new market segments, overseeing the recruitment, training, and people management of the Marketing team, and ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across all new markets. We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.

18. Email campaigns - internal and paid lists
19. Set up and coordinate vendor-hosted and internal webinars
20. CRM funnels and integrations
21. Editing of website and landing pages
22. Marketing materials
23. Blog posts
24. Social media posts
25. YouTube video and editing posts
26. Paid Ads
27. Graphic Design
28. Copywriting (webinar email and scripts, landing pages, guides for CTA)
29. Copywriting (social media, nurture email)
30. Onsite SEO (website structure and content)
31. Coordinate website & domain hosting, updates, maintenance and optimization

Requirements:
33. Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees.
34. Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
35. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or market expansion, preferably in a marketing or sales-driven environment.
36. Strong leadership and project management skills.
37. Proven track record of successfully entering and growing new market segments.
38. In-depth knowledge & solid experience in various marketing tools (SEO, CRM, Content, Social Media, Email, Data Analytics) and campaigns (paid and basic ads, webinars, events).
39. Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills.
40. Ability to develop and enforce quality control standards.
41. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
42. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
43. Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
