About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and passionate Line Chefs to join the team at some of our remote villages in Western Australia where you will be cooking in bulk for hundreds of residents and visitors at the village. We’ll need you to assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing. This is a FIFO position departing from Perth working a 2:1 roster.

About You
6. Certificate III or 4 in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate
7. 2+ years post trade commercial cooking experience
8. Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups;
9. Experience working a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands;
10. Knowledge of HACCP principles;
11. Focus on quality, attention to detail and presentation;
12. Experience working under pressure;
13. Valid WA manual driver’s license.
