Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a capable offshore client services team to drive business growth.

* Be the primary point of contact for client queries and provide empathetic support to build strong relationships.
* Oversee the preparation of Statements of Advice and key client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Refine internal systems and processes to boost efficiency, compliance, and employee productivity.
* Facilitate regular implementation meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Monitor service delivery and deadlines to ensure client promises are met and exceeded.
* Provide critical support to senior management and collaborate with advisors to drive business success.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a client service or operations role in financial planning with a proven track record of success.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
