About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aftermarket Sales Representative to fulfill our sales requirements.
This role involves managing customer accounts, developing new service and parts business, generating new service business for the branch, identifying and selling PMP agreements, negotiating tailored service and training agreements, identifying additional opportunities to sell support products, processing customer orders, responding to sales leads, and building sustainable relationships of trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer accounts and their requirements effectively
* Develop new service and parts business within the assigned territory through cold calls, service presentations, and follow-ups on leads
* Generate new service business for the branch by securing orders for truck repairs on core and non-core products
* Negotiate tailored service and training agreements with existing and new customers
* Identify additional opportunities to sell support products, truck repairs, battery sales, rental leads, and training opportunities
* Process customer orders courteously, efficiently, and timely
* Respond to sales leads within the agreed KPI timeframe
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log all customer interactions
