Job Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care including administering medications and conducting assessments.
* Accurately document patient information and collaborate with healthcare teams.
* Follow relevant policies and procedures to ensure safe working practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
* Minimum 12 months experience in Australian hospitals or aged care.
* Current police check, up-to-date vaccinations, and NDIS screening check.
* Basic computer skills, preferably EMR familiarity.
* Driver's license and vehicle desirable.
* Full Australian working rights.
