**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Regional Operations Manager** to lead operations across **five key Defence sites** in **Wagga Wagga and Blamey Barracks (Kapooka)**, as part of our specialist **ESS Defence** portfolio.
ESS Defence is dedicated to delivering hospitality and catering services to Defence personnel onsite — a mission-critical role that supports the well-being of our Australian Defence Force.
This is a **senior leadership opportunity** with direct oversight of site operations, including a team of operational managers reporting to you. You'll work closely with the **Senior Regional Operations Manager** to drive strategic outcomes and elevate service delivery.
