After a massive year of growth, we are looking for a Full Time BDM/Broker Recruitment Specialist who understands people, understands the industry, and knows how to spot talent when they see it. A hunter who can build relationships, open doors and help grow a community of brokers that is already known for being supportive, inclusive, and high performing.

The Opportunity

This role is right at the heart of our growth. You will take full ownership of broker recruitment, established and new to industry, and be the person who attracts the next wave of talented, values aligned mortgage brokers into the Purple Circle community.

You'll thrive here if you are proactive, engaging, confident in the aggregation space, and comfortable building long term connections. Ideally, you will already have a strong broker network and understand the different motivations brokers have when choosing an aggregator and be motivated by results-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and recruit experienced mortgage brokers, new to industry aspiring brokers and bankers looking to transition to broking, who align with our culture and values
* Attend to inbound recruitment enquiries promptly and professionally
* Actively seek out new recruitment opportunities through outreach, conversations and market awareness
* Manage the full recruitment journey from first conversation through to onboarding commencement, from here the onboarding team handle the rest
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and industry engagement
* Represent Purple Circle at conferences, PD days and other industry events
* Work closely with senior leadership to ensure recruitment strategies support our growth plans
* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and content that attract high quality brokers
* Ensure the recruitment experience is consistent, transparent, and reflective of our culture

About You

* A consultative salesperson that enjoys the chase
* Strong understanding of the mortgage and finance broking landscape is a must
* Experience in recruitment, mortgage aggregation, or financial services is preferred
* Fast learner, adaptable, and is quick to understand people and buildtrust
* Confident relationship builder with excellent communication skills
* Self-driven, results focused, and comfortable working autonomously
* Able to travel occasionally for events or candidate meetings
* Passionate about connecting people with opportunities to thrive
