The Role
We are seeking a motivated Production and Assets Coordinator to lead our hospitality, gardening, and supported employment operations. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, overseeing maintenance of Devonfield’s assets, and supporting staff and participants in our social enterprise programs.
You’ll combine strong organisational skills with a hands-on approach to ensure efficiency, quality service, and continuous improvement across multiple areas of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Oversee site inspections, preventative maintenance, and asset upgrades.
- Manage stock, PPE, safety equipment, and surplus asset disposal.
- Supervise, coach, and support staff and participants engaged in production.
- Assist with rostering, sales, and customer service requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, NDIS, and Devonfield policies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Business Manager.
About You
You will bring:
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Background in production, operations, or sales coordination.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Commitment to person-centred practice and safe workplaces.
Desirable:
- Experience in disability services, social enterprise, or not-for-profit sector.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or inventory systems.
- Experience supporting people with disability in employment.
Other Requirements
- Current driver’s licence.
- Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
- National Police Check.
