Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for efficiently completing work specified on repair orders in accordance with industry standards.
* Using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized equipment, you will thoroughly test-drive vehicles to ensure they meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
* Your expertise will be called upon to diagnose, maintain, and repair complex automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
* Effective communication with Service Advisors will be crucial in identifying additional service needs and estimating repair times.
* Executing warranty repairs under manufacturer specifications will be a key aspect of your role.
Qualifications
* Minimum two years of experience as a Service Technician is preferred, although it may not be mandatory.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with ASE certification.
* B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair are highly valued.
* Good dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and mechanical troubleshooting skills are essential for this position.
* Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies are necessary for effective communication and record-keeping.
* A positive attitude and eagerness to continuously improve are highly desirable traits in a candidate.
* The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities, is critical to success.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this role.
