About The Role
* Manage end-to-end claims, including recovery actions and liability determination
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring meticulous maintenance of electronic claim files, timely application of claim settlements, and effective liaison with investigators and assessors.
* Delivering exceptional customer service, developing positive working relationships, and facilitating an open dialogue on policy interpretations and claim management.
* Adhering to established procedures and policies, processing claims promptly for optimal outcomes and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years experience in claims insurance role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
