What You'll Be Doing
The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care.
You will collaborate with patients, families and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality, people-focused outcomes.
Selection Criteria
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
Ability to conduct nursing practice that respects the rights of individuals and groups within a multi-disciplinary team.
Effective clinical communication – written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict and emotional responses.
Commitment to professional development, maintaining competence and enhancing skills.
Person-centred nursing approach and willingness to embrace change in care delivery.
Knowledge of quality improvement and evidence-based practice, with relevant recent clinical experience.
