The Role
* Support the wider team with administration assistance and customer updates regarding vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a customer-centric environment.
* Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates.
* Contact customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
* Collaborate with management on inventory control (parts, paint, consumables etc).
* Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs.
Requirements
* Experience in a Customer Service position.
* Highly professional and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
