Job Description
Underwrite commercial real estate debt investments
Execute transactions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., new originations, loan modifications)
Manage and service an existing portfolio of real estate debt positions
Maintain and develop borrower relationships
Conduct property tours, market research, and financial analysis
Prepare internal and external presentations and reports
The Successful Applicant
Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
1-2 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage
Excellent analytical and detail-orientation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
