The Position
* Deliver exceptional front‐of‐house service, greeting clients and managing calls and enquiries
* Handle mail, couriers, and property key coordination
* Manage pool car bookings, upkeep, and repairs
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies
* Assist with building maintenance and basic tech troubleshooting
* Provide administrative support across teams
* Coordinate reception rosters and train back‐up staff
* Support events, training sessions, and catering
* Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers
* Manage access fobs, records, and assist with onboarding/offboarding
The Criteria
* Experience in the real estate/property industry is highly desirable
* Must have experience in office admin or concierge roles
* Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
