Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectives, liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, identifying new business opportunities and opportunities to expand existing relationships, providing regular updates and reports on account performance, collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions, and representing us at key customer meetings and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in an account management or key account executive role, ideally within the sales or manufacturing industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
* Technical aptitude
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field desirable
