Senior Account Executive – Commercial Sales (APAC)
As a Senior Account Executive on our Commercial Sales team, you will act as a strategic advisor and consultative sales expert. Your primary mission is to drive new business with Commercial/ Mid‐Market organizations (up to 1,000 employees) across APAC, expanding Culture Amp's reach and enabling more companies to prioritize employee experience through accessible people analytics.
Responsibilities
* Own the full 360° sales cycle, driving new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, solution scoping, tailored demos, and successful deal closure.
* Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust pipeline of qualified mid‐market opportunities using Salesforce and Gong, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
* Develop a deep understanding of prospective customers' pain points, challenges, and business objectives; guide complex buying committees—up to senior and executive (C‐suite) levels—through high‐value consultative sales engagements.
* Run high‐impact, bespoke product presentations and demos that address specific customer needs and clearly communicate Culture Amp's unique value and ROI.
* Work collaboratively and cross‐functionally, partnering with SDRs, Customer Success Coaches, People Scientists, and other internal experts to support prospects through to onboarding.
* Navigate complex negotiations including procurement, legal, compliance, and pricing to remove barriers and accelerate deal closure.
* Represent Culture Amp as a thought leader in people analytics and employee experience, bringing the latest trends and competitive insights into sales conversations.
* Play an active role in building a high‐performance, inclusive sales culture—sharing what you learn, supporting peers, and engaging with enablement programmes.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' proven success in a SaaS solution sales role focused on new logo acquisition and managing complex, multi‐stakeholder deals (ideally in HR Tech or related verticals).
* Demonstrated ability to build and convert pipeline through self‐sourced opportunities as well as inbound leads.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skills, with experience leading tailored demos and managing C‐level relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and comfort navigating complex decision processes (procurement, legal, etc.).
* High proficiency in Salesforce (or another major CRM platform) and familiarity with modern sales engagement tools.
* A growth‐focused, self‐driven learning mindset; resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a rapidly scaling and evolving environment.
* Experience in the APAC region and understanding of the regional market landscape is a plus.
* Formal sales training and/or experience selling to mid‐market businesses is highly regarded.
