The role We are currently seeking a 3-6 years PAE Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team in Canberra.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic disputes and advisory team working alongside highly regarded partners across commercial disputes, professional indemnity, succession law, elder law, regulatory and administrative law, and construction-related litigation.
You will be exposed to a broad variety of matters including: Commercial and corporate disputes, including insolvency, shareholder disputes and negligence claims against professionals.
Succession law, estate planning and litigation, including wills, trusts, elder law disputes, guardianship and financial management orders.
Regulatory and administrative law, including investigations, complaints management, and review of government and regulatory decisions.
Complex litigation involving corporate governance, contractual disputes, and construction and strata-related matters.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and development as a well-rounded disputes and advisory lawyer.
The successful candidate will have: 3-6 years PAE in commercial disputes, litigation or related practice area.
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with clients and other stakeholders.
A collaborative approach and enthusiasm to contribute to a supportive team environment.
