This position is a key support for delivering heartfelt, exceptional experiences to the hotel's transient and group guests, whilst supporting the overall hotel's commercial strategy. This position's main areas of responsibility are:
- Ensuring all reservations are managed effectively and efficiently in line with Hilton brand standards, that outstanding customer service is provided to all internal and external stakeholders, and that all reservations in the booking system are loaded at the highest quality standard
- Providing administrative support to the Groups, Conference & Events team in managing group reservations from the initial enquiry, through to contract, block management and final billing.
**What are we looking for?**
- Knowledge of a property management system
- Previous experience in managing groups or reservations, notably in the travel or hotel sector
