Project Coordinator for Clinical Trials
Join a leading institution as a Project Coordinator to lead the development, coordination, and implementation of clinical trials. This pivotal role involves managing all phases of assigned projects from initiation to close-out, utilizing effective project management methodologies.
* Develop project documentation, including business cases, work plans, timelines, and communication strategies while building relationships with stakeholders to establish clear objectives.
Manage resources, risks, and impacts related to the project by overseeing both internal and external resources, including procurement of third-party services.
* Chair stakeholder meetings, monitor project milestones, and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and performance.

As a successful candidate, you will have postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards) and extensive relevant experience; or extensive relevant project management experience and expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training.
* Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as a member of, and manage, a small team of project staff.
Additionally, this role requires demonstrated effectiveness in both oral and written communication, with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people and a wide variety of stakeholders.
Experience in a tertiary environment is highly desirable. A formal certification/accreditation in project management would be beneficial.
