**About the role**
A _great _opportunity for an experienced and passionate interior designer has become available in our design team based in Melbourne or Sydney. If this is you, come and join our passionate and vibrant team
**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced interior designer, you will be responsible for
- Envisioning designing, and documenting interior spaces for both new and existing Cachet clients
- Working on multiple projects both as a design lead and alongside the Sydney studio Lead Designer
- Working closely with the design team and our clients to drive and manage design expectations and outcomes
- Attending regular client meetings to provide updates on the status of projects
- Producing effective presentation and communication collateral
- Working with the design team to collaborate on concept and spatial planning ideas
- Working closely with the delivery team to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
**About you**
You will be capable of working on your own initiative, operating both autonomously and collaboratively as part of the wider Design & Delivery team. You will have a hands-on approach whilst instilling a "can do attitude" being both responsive and proactive.

**Role requirements.What's essential for us?**
To be successful and thrive in this role you will have:
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar position - strong knowledge & understanding of the Design industry (D&C preferably)
- Impeccable communication & relationship skills with internal & external stakeholders at various levels.
- Confident & highly competent presentation abilities, comfortable in front of Senior Stakeholders both internal & external
- Creative skills with an ability to conceptualise and communicate ideas effectively.
- Ability to work in fast paced, challenging and highly rewarding environment.
- Skills in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign software ideally
- Workplace / office fit-out experience ideally

- Ability to design and schedule projects from beginning to end
- Good product knowledge and supply chain contacts
