* Preparing HSE reports that clearly communicate key metrics, risks, and outcomes to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety & Environment or related field combined with hands-on experience in a senior HSE role.
* Solid working knowledge of HSE legislation, Australian standards, codes of practice, and HSE management systems.
* Proven experience in HSE compliance, reporting, and assurance within construction or operational contexts.
* Demonstrated ability to shape HSE culture and drive meaningful behavioural change.
* Leadership experience or strong leadership potential with commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and high team performance.
