Cloud Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Specialist to maintain and support customer cloud environments.
* Maintain and support 24/7 production cloud environments, including monitoring, incident response, service requests, and change execution. This includes ensuring the stability of all systems by troubleshooting complex issues in a timely manner.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incoming issues independently or collaborating with team members as needed. Problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
