**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee packing, crating, warehousing, and storage to prepare for site-specific programs and shipments.
- Manage customer order queues, planning, and assigning tasks to meet configuration needs.
- Track, receive, and stock all ordered items to maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure the appropriate storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Program and manage final inventory checks prior to shipment.
- Provide detailed records of equipment moved from consolidation areas to sponsor shipping channels for project coordinators.
- Maintain inventory at optimal levels to avoid shortages or supply disruptions.
- Supervise and manage equipment repair and maintenance operations.
- Account for and supervise the inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Conduct annual property inventory audits and generate necessary reports related to logistics and inventory management.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- First level university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Procurement or other related field
- Good knowledge of logistic or supply chain management tasks.
- Good Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
- Assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions
- Customer focus attitude to regard those to whom services are provided for as customers.
- Mandarin speaking is a huge plus
Note: Salary is based on Experience + Industry Award.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
