The successful applicant will have experience in change management, knowledge of change management principles and methodology, and the ability to lead project-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective change management strategies
* Collaborate with senior management to identify and address areas for improvement
* Provide solutions-based support to achieve positive outcomes for residents
* Travel regularly to facilities across the Northern Territory, including remote communities
