We are currently seeking a skilled and seasoned Site Manager to join our client's dynamic team on the Gold Coast. This role provides an exciting opportunity to take the lead on impactful high-rise projects, working with a team committed to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise all on-site activities to ensure efficient delivery of high-rise projects.
* Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives and timelines.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and quality standards.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
* Conduct site inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in mid-rise residential construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and safety regulations.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and contractors effectively.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
