About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time Sales Administrator position at Australian Ceramics Engineering Pty Ltd is based at our Brisbane Airport office. As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our busy sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.
What you'll be doing
* Providing administrative support to the sales team, including generating sales quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records
* Liaising with customers to answer queries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other key documentation
* Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of customer site visits and product demonstrations
* Supporting the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
* Performing other general administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar sales administration or client support role, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering industries
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work
* A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
