Overview
As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will drive the FP&A strategy, partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions, modernise finance systems, and foster a data‐driven culture ensuring data integrity and governance.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the FP&A strategy aligned with organisational goals.
* Partner closely with senior leadership to provide insights that influence strategic decisions.
* Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting and long‐range planning processes.
* Lead initiatives to modernise finance systems, tools, and processes.
* Establish a data‐driven culture ensuring data integrity and governance across financial systems.
* Oversee and promote a high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Highly proficient with MS suite – Co‐pilot and Fabric.
* Demonstrated experience of change management and transformation.
* Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and senior leaders.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modelling and visualisation.
* A collaborative and agile approach – you adapt quickly and influence with credibility.
