Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of all finishes and fit‐out activities, ensuring apartments, common areas, and shared facilities are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Managing all finishing trades through to practical completion.
* Driving quality outcomes across apartments, lobbies, amenities, and common areas.
* Coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme milestones.
* Conducting inspections and quality assurance checks.
* Managing defect identification, rectification, and close‐out processes.
* Maintaining strong communication with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
* Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
