We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Venue Manager to lead our team at a busy entertainment venue in Karrinyup, Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations including rosters, training, financial management, forecasting, recruitment, and labor. They will also have strong time management and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work nights and weekends.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide memorable guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and create engaging spaces. You will also be required to support and inspire your team of hospitality professionals, manage all aspects of the venue, and build a collaborative and inclusive culture.

What We Are Looking For
* A degree or diploma in hospitality, business, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in hospitality
* Valid RSA and Working with Children Check
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Strong time management and administrative skills
* Possession of a valid driver's license (if applicable)
